Base fee:

Student Registration for Conference – $50.00
One-day student registration is $50, and all three-day registration is $125.
Please note that meals are not included in the student attendee rate of $50 per day. We appreciate your understanding.

Room rates: $110 (Room rates are subject to a nightly $29.00 taxable resort fee and 9% VT State Tax)

Attendees will be responsible for making their own reservation by calling Central Reservations Office toll-free (1-800-451-4449). Attendees are required to inform the reservation agent of the Group Code: 1171068 and confirm the Group Name: NEDIAI 2026 (mention government employee) to activate the discounted rate. Day registration for Students: $50

Three-day registration for Students: $125

Registration fees do not cover the cost of the Presidential Reception or Luncheon. If you wish to attend the Presidential Reception dinner, you must pay an additional $60. We also offer a discounted student rate for the Luncheon at $25.
