Notes:

Full Registration (Three Days) Rate- includes the Presidential Reception on Tuesday, December 2nd, and the Luncheon on Wednesday, December 3rd. Additional Reception tickets are available for $60 and Luncheon tickets for $40.

Paying online once for multiple registrations

If you register for the conference and workshops simultaneously, you can make a single payment for multiple transactions (invoices). To avoid paying separately for each transaction, you can click the Invoice me button except for the final one when you have to click the Pay online button, and all the transactions will be combined into a single payment.
