1. Download and complete the registration form. 
2. Use PayPal drop down menus below to add selections to cart, be sure to enter your name and member number
3. Check that PayPal charges match the total amount on the registration form
4. Complete payment via PayPal
5. ​Email completed registration form to the NEDIAI Secretary
