At the 2009 annual educational conference, held in Freeport, Maine, a two hour panel discussion was held on the NAS report.  The panelists were:      Defense Attorneys Richard Samdperil and Lisa Steele; Ken Martin (Massachusetts State Police, former IAI President); Charles Caouette (RCMP); Robert Garrett (NJ State Police-ret., former IAI President); John Vanderkolk (Indiana State Police Laboratory).  The moderator was Stephen Ostrowski (NH State Police Forensic Laboratory).

This event was videotaped and DVD copies are now available for purchase, $10.00 each, by sending a check to:
